You must view our calendar (below this policy) before you book in order to make yourself aware of appointment slots that are already taken.
Click on our "Shop" tab and hit the "Book Monaé" button to purchase a service.
You must leave the date and time that you would like to book (between 10am-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday) in the "Special Instructions For Seller" section at the time of purchasing your service.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $10 deposit for every service. The $10 that you pay to book the service is considered your deposit and is included in your total.
Your REMAINING balance is to be paid in cash or Cash App the day of your appointment. No other form of payment is accepted.
If you have to go to the ATM to get cash out after appointment, a $5 fee will be added.
Arriving late will limit the time of your service. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, an additional $10 will be added to your total. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
We DO NOT work over other hairstylists' work. Their work must be completely taken out before we begin any service.
No kids or extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced as well.
If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will no longer be able to book with us.

A SERVICE CANNOT BE TAKEN BACK, SO THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
If we travel to you, there will be an additional $10 Travel Fee. If your location is more than 30 miles away, the fee will be $20.
